What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, you'll receive an automated email receipt confirming that we have received your payment. After we process your order, we’ll follow up with a confirmation email containing all the details, including your delivery information.

How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the quantity of items you’re ordering. You’ll see the exact delivery fee during the checkout process!

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but we’re actively working on this option for the future!

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We typically don’t offer Saturday deliveries, but if you need one, please reach out to us at info@cotefurniture.com, and we’ll see what we can do!

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on stock availability. You’ll find approximate lead times listed under each product, and we’ll also confirm the details once your order is placed.

What should I do if my item is damaged upon delivery?
If you find any damage when your item arrives, please reject the delivery to prevent any complications. Be sure to inspect your items thoroughly at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you can refuse the delivery and notify us within 3 days, including your order number. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost!

What should I do if some parts are missing upon delivery?
If you notice any missing parts when your order arrives, please reach out to us within 3 days, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. For items available in our UK warehouse, we typically dispatch replacements the same day. For larger parts that need special manufacturing, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Furniture Assembly

Will the furniture arrive fully assembled?
All of our products are delivered flat-packed, complete with a detailed instruction manual for easy assembly. You can also find the assembly instructions on each product page for your convenience.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
We’re confident you’ll love your Cote Furniture purchase, but if it’s not the perfect fit, our return process is simple. You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to start a return. Just follow our easy return steps here.

Are delivery charges refundable?
If you decide to return an item, please keep in mind that delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
